ORDERING

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, refer to our size guides. They’re located underneath the available sizes for each of our products.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! As long as you contact us before your order ships we can put in a cancellation for your item.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, returned items will incur a $6 processing fee unless the item was damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

Do you offer price-adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments for items purchased prior to any promotional sales. During non-promotional times customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.

Can I edit my order?

As long as your item hasn't shipped, we can edit your order. Please contact us at contact@divotdawgsgolf.com to make any requests.

How can I find my email confirmation?

All confirmations will be sent to the email provided on your order. Please check your spam/junk folder to ensure it didn't end up there.

If you still can't find it, please email contact@divotdawgsgolf.com and we'll get you taken care of.

How can I find my order number?

You can locate your order number on your email confirmation. It will have the naming convention #DD followed by a few numbers.

SHIPPING

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What are your shipping rates?
  • Lightweight packages: $5.99
  • All other packages: $7.99
  • Expedited shipping: $15.99
Do you offer free shipping?

Currently we offer free shipping on all orders over $75.

Do you ship outside the US?

No. We currently don't offer shipping outside the US.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday - Friday before 12 pm PST are almost always shipped out same day. Orders made during the weekend or holidays will be shipped out the next business day (excluding holidays). This is subject to change during times we experience an increased volume of orders.

How long will it take me to get my package?

Shipping timelines are completely in the hands of our carriers and fluctuate based on season. Most packages arrive between 5-8 business days, but arrival times are not guaranteed. Expedited 1-3 day shipping can be purchased for time-sensitive orders.

Where is my package?

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number once your order is packaged at our warehouse. Please note that tracking links generally need 24 business hours to generate.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

Sometimes the following situations can occur with packages marked as delivered:

  • The postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen
  • A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package on your behalf
  • The postal carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advance

If you still can't find the package, please double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address. If the package hasn’t shown up after 3 business days, contact us at contact@divotdawgsgolf.com. Please note, we are not responsible for orders shipped to a third-party forwarding service. Please contact the third-party shipper if any shipping issues arise with your order shipped to a forwarding address, including lost shipments or questions regarding tracking. If you happen to receive your original order after you’ve received a replacement package, we kindly ask that you return the former. You can contact us and we will send you a return label so you can ship the original package back to us free of charge.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

You have the opportunity to request a return or an exchange within 45 days of the original purchase as long as the items are unwashed, unworn and still have the original tags attached

Will you charge me for return shipping?

Yes, unless the item is damaged or has a manufacturing defect all returns will incur a $6 processing fee to cover return shipping and restocking.

My item is damaged, what should I do.

Please fill out our returns/exchanges form here, and we will get you taken care of!

It's been over 45 days but I want to return my items

Exceptions may be extended for extenuating circumstances and will be considered on a case-by case basis. If we accept a return purchased over 45 days ago, they are not eligible for a refund but will be returned for a store credit.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Once we receive your item back, your refund will be initiated. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Divot Dawgs reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our shipping and returns policy requirements. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

DONATIONS

Where do you donate money for Support the Dogs?

All money is donated directly to the Nevada Humane Society.

How much of your sales do you donate?

As a small company with no employees we want to donate as much as we can while also growing the business. Currently a small portion of our gross sales go to the Nevada Humane Society.

We hope to grow that number in the future!

PRODUCT

Where are your clothes manufactured?

Polos and hats are both manufactured in China. If you have questions on the manufacturing process please reach out to us at contact@divotdawgsgolf.com.

Do you have a physical store?

Currently we do not. But hopefully in the future we'll be able to offer a physical location to shop in.
